MY SELF BASANT KUMAR JAIN IN CUSTOMER BOR (THEN ICICI BANK) GET A POLICY IN SINCE SEP-09 THROUGH BOR (BANK OF RAJASTHAN ) IN POLICY AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE CO. I REQUEST TO AVIVA EMPLOYEE MR.ANKIT JAIN ISSUE POLICY PENSION PLAN BUT HE GIVE POLICY EASY LIFE THEN. THEY POLICY INVEST AMOUNT RS.20000/- BUT AFTER SIX MONTH THE AMOUNT IS 8000/- I AGAIN AGAIN COMPLAIN TO BANK & AVIVA CO. BUT NO RESULT TILL THE DATE THE CO. SAID NO RETURN & NO CHANGES IN POLICY.

Dear Mr. Jain,

Thank you for your feedback and for taking out the time to highlight your concerns to us. We would like to assure you that upon receipt of your letter we have thoroughly investigated your case. Your policy was inforced basis the details mentioned in your proposal form.

All policy features like the policy tenure, premium payment amount, etc are part of the proposal form which was signed by you.

As a company, we have maintained complete transparency with respect to the life insurance contract at all stages by disclosing all necessary information about the contract and acting on your explicit consent only. In light of the above facts, we regret that no changes would be possible with respect to your existing policy.

You could also refer the PQIS enclosed in the policy where you can clearly see the increasing benefits with each passing year .Also, it is noteworthy that the policy contract is highly flexible, allowing you the option and switching and redirecting your investment in the available fund options, allowing you to take maximum advantage of the market conditions.

We would strongly recommend that you continue with the policy and enjoy the long term benefits of the contract. As mentioned in the PQIS, it is anticipated that the policy shall generate high returns post the completion of a longer tenure.

Mr. Jain. Do not get into this web of again. As I understand, you already feel cheated. All this passing year benefit etc is a sham. You bought policy based on illustration which was a work of an artist. Easy to understand once you have discovered the lie. Just get out. You will never get anything. More you invest, more you will be forced to continue – you will hope that lost money will back. It will never happen. And basic is, with so many people feeling what they feel, it will be a wrong decision to give more to this company. Do some search - you will see millions who have the similar experience. My advise , just get out. What is lost is lost, do not lose more. If you want to understand more, share your email/phone and I will explain. You cannot win so don’t lose more . No point being a continuing bakra.
