BIG TV Type 2 Complaint
From this morning onwards, I am having complaint on BIG TV DTH. Suddenly signal lost around 11.30 am and after that I received error 400..From 11.30 am to till now 8.30 pm my call is not getting through with the Toll free number, every time I am hearing that "executives are busy and your call is important to us". This is continuing even in my 50th time trying today... Now by 8.30 pm, I am finding screen First installation, signal quality good (almost 8 green) and error type 2 check your cable. Infact everything is proper, fed up with the Reliance attitude...Why so ..can any one help me in sorting this issue...Unable to register the complaint also,......
