Landline 0251- 2527847 dead

Dear Sir,

We are using the BSNL landline phone no 0251-2527847 with broad band connection since some time, there has been noice problem with it which has been reported to you earlier by online complaint...Now the net connection is fine but since 05.09.2011 the landline is dead...we have paid the bills upto date vide R No 198 AMT 678 dated 29.05.2011 at SDE office Ulhasnager-4. Please look into the matter urgently...

Our BSNL landline no. 0250-2458909 from Naik pada, Vasai (East) is not working since last 2 months. There is no response from your Vasai Telephone Exchange. There had been certain problems from last year but the connection is not yet repaired. We have visited many times at vasai west office but still not received any response. I hope u take some certain action against this

Dear Sir,

We are using the BSNL landline phone no 0251-2209622 with broad band connection since some time, there has been noice problem with it which has been reported to you earlier by online complaint...Now the net connection is fine but since 28.05.2012 the landline is dead...we have paid the bills upto date dated 25.05.2012 at office Kalyan Please look into the matter urgently...

Telephone & Internet both the services are dead since more than 25 days. Officialy I have lodged a complaint also at Badlapur telephone exchange. Not able to use both the things.
