cheating

I got phone call from mobile no. 8826488638 from bagit todays representative mr. Sachin 6/11/2012 confirming me that I have been shortlisted from tamilnadu by them as I am regular customer of bag it today & confirmed me that I will get dell inspirion laptop 15" & blackberryphone"as free gifts.To avail those gifts I have to purchase two holiday vouchers initially I refused & tried to avoid him but he kept on insisting me with gifts worth nearly 76000.00 rs. & Told me that gifts will be depatched immediately by Bluedart courier. So I purchased two holiday voucher ( booking ID -1018201689 & 1018201703). During this transaction one unsuccessful transaction was also there.I told him about that.He told me that immediately he will send email to the merchant to refund it.But till date they did nt refund the money and moreover he gave one number to contact for refund.When I contacted that number they told to give an email.After giving email they replied that send them card detail and authentication code for refund.But fortunately i did net banking for the above transaction.Mr Sachin also guided me while making payment & after payment recd he told me that there will be two confirmation call will be made by our department u have to only confirm them about the payment & dont discuss them about the gifts as their department is different .So I DID the same as told by Mr.Sachin. I contacted him on 8.11.12 on the same number he told me that I will receive gift within 4-6 days. I regularly insisited that I should be confirmed about gifts via email but I have not got any mail. Again after 6-7 days I was told that I will receive the gifts within 10 days.. Till date i didnt get any gifts . I am terribly disappointed and feeling cheated.
Please help in getting me refund back amount rs.11966 /-(5998*2 packages). and unsucessful transaction amount Rs.5998.00 Order id is 1018201668.
