Misbehaviour and damn poor arrangements

On 13/04/11 I went to Cinemax at Angel Prime mall in Panipat Haryana to watch a moorning show of movie F.A.L.T.U and asked for the ticket the counter boy gave me ticket without any perticular mark when I headed towards the lift to reach screen I found that it was switched off and so were the esclaters I went back to the counter boy and asked him how will I reach to screen he told me to go all the way by stairs and when I asked for any kind of complaint book they started to shout on me, I decided to stay calm and choose the way of stopped esclaters but when I reached to the screen entry a bouncer was standing there and he told me that the morning show of the movie F.A.L.T.U was abondened , I replied that I have the ticket and as I showed the ticket to him I came to know that the ticket was not of the demanded movie rather it was of ongoing show of the movie Thankyou which was quite shocking for me, I moved back to counter boy and asked him what he had done he again started to shout on me and blamed me that I have asked for the wrong movie, this time I also got fedup and thretened him to go to police or otherwise he should ramidify the problem, then only he gave back me my money.
