Repitition of damage caused by neighbour due to which our lives are at risk.

My mame is Mrs. Sana Tajuddin, we are residing at Sector-09, NL-05/01/06, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. The neighbours satying above our flat in flat no-10., have caused damages twice to our roof ceilings due to which leakage has been started again and our whole roof ceilings are getting weak day by day due to their hammering. They are doing the renovation without paying any security deposit and without any intimation to the society an any notification to us. They previously also did not paid the amount to us due to the damages caused by them. Our roof ceilings have got leakages again and again it will be fully destroyed. The slab was fallen down last time which even lead to electric shock and again we are at same risk. The society members are not taking any action against them as they have received a good amout of bribe from them. We are helpless. I kindly request you to please take a severe action before it too late. If any mishap happens the society members and the Neighbours residing at Flat No-10 will be responsible for it. Please help is and kindly take the action as soon as possible. Thank You.
