OVER CHARGING

R/Sir,
I applied for DBC, dealer asked for Rs. 2000/-, when paid I demand for receipt & balance of Rs.114, he denied & making excuses for it. He prepaired receipt in triplicate in which Rs. 407 for Filling,Rs.30 for blue book,Rs.199 for trolley becomes Rs.636, if add Rs.1250 for Security equals 1886, after continues asking he returned money not receipt. Same day if demand 2000/- from Amit(Customer), 9888032446 for same DBC case. Check what is the matter.Please revert me on mobile no.09814436912 or revert me on mail.
