Unfair trade practice

I have joined GAML Consultants Pvt Ltd. Initially when I joined the marketing guys informed that I need to click 100 mails per month and based on the scheme I join, regular monthly income will be credited to my account. According I joined their scheme by paying Rs.25000.00 under which scheme I should get Rs.8000.00 per month. Initially I used to receive emails which I used to click and read. But subsequently, I used to get less than 100 mails and that to registered basis emails. Since these are registered bases email, I did not registered such emails and no amounts are credited in my account. Since these aspect is not workable for me, I requested for refund of money. for which I received a mail from them stating there is no refund and they will offer a piece of land in Kanpur on the balance amount.
I feel this attitude of the company is cheating the people. In case of change of plan, they should have given the exit option either to switch over or exit.
Even though If I take the land, how do we know which land they are giving and how to safe guard of that property.

If any person come across such situation please revert back. Also people residing in Kanpur are aware of such scheme if so how Genuine the scheme is.
