Re-fitting

Due to renovation peruse we had removed GSPC GAS line in Jun-2012 and around min Aug-2012 renovation is done and we applied for re-fitting for GSPC GAS line; however still it has been not done yet.

In last 4 month without using GSPC GAS we paid 400 Rs. as miter rant. From Aug-2012 to till we follow up with them more than 200 times by phone call and 100 times visited GSPC office (Secto-11); however, every time they response it will be done in 2 days / in this week; but still re-fitting is not done yet.

I am looking for positive and quick response.
