Apartment purchase

Dear Sir,

I have purchased on going 2 BHK in Geeta Heights by Geeta developers in Mira Road MUMBAI, however i have paid 19 lakhs since 2010-2011 till date. whenever i ask them when will i get the possession of the apartment they always get away by giving some legal excuses.

Its been more than 6 years now, i am a very basic average earning man i have invested all my savings and earning in it but i don't know what to do, i need help to get justice as there are many similar kind of developers who cheat, i have all the receipt of the payment as proof, i hope there will be someone listening to me and i hope i have provided enough information, if not please don't hesitate to ask me
