Power Switch Problem

I Purchased Godrej Eon Fully Automatic Washing Machine (Model No GWF650FDH) on 1/1/2010. The Warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. I renewed the guarantee period for further two year by paying Rs. 2317/- by cheque No. 257512 Dt 20/1/2011. I lodged a complain of Power Switch Problem in Apirl 2011. The Technician has inspected the machine and told me that there is no stock of Switches and it will be replaced soon the stock is received. I have been frequently reminding them over phone. In the month of June they have registered my complain afresh and no response. I am very much vexed with attitude of Godrej Customer Care. I am so helpless in this regard and I don't know who is the concerned for this lapse, whom should I drag to the consumer forum.
