Cheated by an employee of HDFC life

A Development Manager, Kamal Chandra Mondal (Code No.71642 of Kolkata Office)
came to me with a proposal of a certain policy and being interested with the said policy and after signing the proposal form I paid him the full amount of Rs.1,50,000 by Cash for the said policy. When I asked for the receipt, he assured me to give the same in next day. After that day he never visited my office and not responded my phone call.

I lodged complaint before the Chairman of HDFC Life on 14.03.2012 and on 30.03.2012 Customer Service Department advised me to take Criminal proceeding under relevant provision of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

I am not satisfied with the reply of HDFC Life, and so prayed befoe you to take appropriate action so that the said employee Kamal chandra Mondal find no way but to return the money he has taken. (Amit Kumr Roy, 77, Bansdroni Govt. Colony, Kolkata-700070.)
