Sir/Madam myself Harlong Engti. from the city Guwahati under the state of Assam.I bought a laptop HP Pavilion G-6 2005AX on 15-Nov-2012 regarding a product serial no.5CD23112X7 and the redemption code is 5423150.As I bought this laptop during Diwali, there was an offer of Nikon coolpix 16Mp Digital camera which I was suppose to get after sending a demand draft of rupees 2499.Actually I already send the demand draft but I mistakely send it the xerox copy instead of the original one and due to which I got the email from your company that the processing charge was not recieved, so kindly I want to know if I could get the offer still after sending the original demand draft copy to you and what would be the address or else I would want to know if there is still any process you can help me to get the offer.So Kindly please tell me any suggestions or information regarding my problem by mailing me or by calling me.My email id is [email protected] and my contact no. is 9957322346.Thank you |

Dear Sir,
I am Fr. Agnelo Fernandes from Goa. I had purchased a HP Pavilion Laptop g6 – 2202 tx on the 12th of November, 2012. I applied for the Diwali offer (a Nikon Coolpix S 3200 Camera) by sending the necessary documents and a Demand Draft for Rs. 2499/- on the 14th of November, 2012. The Redemption reference code is – 5407932.
I also received your e-mail saying that you had received all my claim documents and Demand Draft on the 17th of November, 2012 and that I was approved for a Nikon COOLPIX 16MP, 6 X optical Zoom Camera worth Rs 6,950/-
I thought that the camera would be delivered to the address mentioned in my letter to you, sent along with my claim documents. However, it was only on the 11th of December that I read an SMS sent by you saying that my camera had been sent through Blue Dart on 28/11/12 (RWB No. 47537474666) When I checked the status of my camera on the Blue Dart site I realised that the camera had been sent back to you at New Delhi on the 10th of December, 2012 due to non location of address. (New Way bill No. 13729390430) The parcel (Nikon camera) that was returned from Goa to you at New Delhi was collected by Rewa on the 12th of December, 2012 at 15.43
I personally went to the Blue Dart Service Centre at Mapusa, Goa on the 15th of December, 2012 and inquired about the same. I was told that my parcel had arrived on the 28th of November, but since the person (not being well versed with our huge campus at St. Xavier’s College, Mapusa, Goa) who had come to deliver the parcel could not locate my place, he returned it back to the Blue Dart Centre at Mapusa and then back to you in New Delhi. I did not receive any phone call or SMS about the arrival of my Diwali gift (Nikon Camera) from Blue Dart Service. (The contact No. of Blue Dart, Mapusa Goa is 0832-2267500)
I humbly request you to send the Diwali offer (Nikon camera) back to me to the address mentioned below. I could pay for the shipping expenses if required. I shall personally pick it up from the Blue Dart Service Centre at Mapusa, Goa. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
