Not able to login
Dear Team,

I've just registered myself with IRCTC webportal and tried logining in with the password provided, but to no vail; it kept on saying that it is a wrong password. After that I tried getting it from the "forgot password" option but even after giving the right answer i was unable to login. After several atempts when I got thru tht the website said that a mail has been sent to my registered mail address but even after waiting for couple of minutes I havent received any mail with the updated password.

I have been trying to get this right for more than 2 hrs now & my train in next 20 min. If i'm not able to cancel it within the given time then I will face 100% loss on the price paid. Please Help.

P.S: I've been trying to get it right from another id for more than 24 hours and when I couldn't get it right I opened another id. please advise.
