Refund for diverted train

I, alongwith my friend have to travelled from Patna to Itarsi dated 23th sep. with below details.

We have confirmed e-ticket. But we come to know that train route has been diverted due to Telangana issue and train was not going to require destination. So we have not travelled. I have filed TDR for refund. TDR Reference No: is ekt2011092403316506. But I refunded only 50% of total fare through TDR. This is completely Indian Railways fault that first it diverted the train and then also not refunded full fare. Due to diversion of train We have to face lot of difficulty. Kindly take necessary action to get me full fare.
