Landline phone 0251-2424343 completely out of order since 20th Oct

Sir,
We have been using the BSNL landline phone no. 0251-24242343, customer name is in the name of Chakkungal Mohandas Menon, which is completely out-of-order since 20th Oct. We have made a complaint against these in the toll free number 198, but of no use.
The phone was dead even before 20th but after complaining it started working but after 2 days again the phone was completely out-of-order.
Please look into the matter immediately.
