Dear Team ,

I have applied for Home loan from LIC Housing Finance amount Rs. 22.00 lacs and Interior Loan Rs. 3.00 Lacs = Total 25.00 Lacs and i fall under their eligibility criteria. As per the discussion with Mr. Vittal (LIC HUF) - Rajaji Nagar Branch, they also confirm the same. But they sanctioned me only Rs. 21.50 Lacs (approx.), and there is no confirmation for that.
After giving multiple time calls they told me about the sanction of Rs. 21.50 Lacs (approx.) (Home Loan+ Interior Loan both), instead of Rs. 25.00 Lacs. Apart from that they have not issued sanction letter to me.

More than 1 months, follow up with Mr. Vittal and Mr. Rajesh..but no reply from their side.

After than, i asked for return of all my documents and Chq, now its more than 2 Months they have not retun my documents and money.

I am filing complaint against Following person
1. Mr. MB Rajesh- Rajaji Nagar Branch - LIC
2. Mr. Vittal - Rajaji Nagar Branch - LIC

Compliant reasons
1. Fraud statement for sanctioning the loan
2. Harassment of Customer for chq
3. From Past 2 Months not returning of Documents after regular followup
4. Not returning of Chq
5. Time and Money waste (Approx. more than 40 times i have done the followup with Mr. Rajesh, Mr. Vittal and Rajaji Nagar Branch)
6. If Mr. Rajesh pick the calls, then he will shouts and Insult like anything. Its case of harassment and insulting of female

May be they have intension to misuse my documents.

I am looking for positive response for getting all my documents and chq as well as pay back of my dishonor
