MTC bus KNI 1321

I was driving my car night at 9.25PM on 9th March 2012 from Mount Road to Kotturpuram today.
A bus took a right direction immediately from Bus Stop w/o any signal, I managed to make a sudden brake and moved right a bit and overtaken, inorder to drive in left side, inorder to take Left turn to Kotturpuram, there was signal where a car move get occupied, but i got struck behind a car.

The bus details are KNI 1321, Route (Broadway to West Saidapet) was trying to get into the GAP, still i gave the way near SIET signal, but fortunately, my lane was clear and moved ahead of enough distance to turn Left, keeping my car Left Indicator "ON", but the above mentioned bus route driver has overtaken me and purposly trying to hit my car and i managed to stop the car suddenly appying brake in middle of the road.

I dont have clue, whether that driver is taking the human food or the shit of any thing. why the hell should the driver needs to be in Left Line, incase the destined direction is straight?

These bloody drivers arent making the disciplined driving, but making trouble to the commuters always.
Because of these one of the old man in the car got "destruction of mind" because of this incident
I want this driver should be dismissed immediately.....
What would have happen to the old man incase if his heart got blocked and died?
