Mantri Royale - Bangalore

I have invested in Mantri Realy housing project called "Mantri Royale" two years back in Bangalore. I have been told that project is almost 90% complete & expect the delivery in 4-6 months time.

it's almost now more than 30 months I invested in this project, not even 1% progress happend in the project.

There is no ownership from Mantri Realty team. Whoever employed Mantri Realty team will leave in 3 months time. Their so called team sits in Mumbai & are not accessible. There are ground level staff in Bangalore who do not have any ownership of the delivery.

this project is more than 5 year old & work is completely halted. There is no communication from Mantri realty on the commitments. Many issues in quality have been raised. No even care to respond.

GPA between land lord & Mantri has been cancelled by court. Many attempt to reach out to Sunil Mantri has been failed. Sunil Mantri not ready to talk to their clients, nor willing to complete the project.

Local builders are much better than this Sunil Mantri. Feel like cheated...
