Bad service
I booked a Meru cab to pick me up at 10 pm today (19 Apr 2010) well ahead of time. I received 2 messages with details of 2 different cabs, but when I called up both drivers were unaware of the pick up. Subsequently I called Meru, which was unaware of the issue! After a while, I was told another cab would come and pick me up at 10:20. This is not the first time that I have had such an experience with Meru and the company is unconcerned and unapologetic about its poor service quality.

its true meru is the worse service,every time i book cab is either late or cancelled by the driver or the meru call centre, they put the worse executive, who dont know how to appologise, once i booked for the airport drop and the driver over charge me and i lodge a complaint in the call center, the executive registered the complaint and told me complaint department will give me a call for the same issue within 24 hours, but i never get any call and again i call up again the executive told me that miss shivani aneja the complaint manager will call me, but it never happen so it gone on like this for a month and exactly after a month i call back and had a word with executive named Nidhi, but she refused me to serve my problem and she was extremely rude,i tried to put some sense on her, i told her not to be rude to me as meru is getting the revenue from the customer to get her salary, but she fatly told me that iam wrong that, she is getting her salary from the company account but not from the revenue collected from the customer like me,shame shame meru, i do not know how to express, so all my friends if you want to land in a big soup the use meru
