Off loaded from go air flight ga-711 delhi to port blair due to series of failures by meru cabs.
Please find attached a copy of the email I sent to meru cabs management and I still haven't received any revert yet !

to whosoever it may concern,

IM writing in to inform you that that my wife and I have missed our flight on go air 711 delhi - port blair today, due to the unprofessional services being rendered by meru cabs in the delhi (ncr) region.

Series of failures -

on 22nd october, I registered myself on the meru website http:/Www.Merucabs.Com requesting a pick up from dlf phase 2 gurgaon - destination igi airport terminal 1d. I was sent a conformation text message at 5:12pm 22 october reference no 8448641 stating that the cab details will be sent to me 20 mins prior to the pickup time. At 3:13am 23 october, I was sent a text message stating cab no dl1ry4285 chauffeur praveen cell 9811858120 will reach me, "he DID not show up", I tried calling him but the phone was unreachable. When the cab driver DID not arrive at 4am, I called 0114422-4422 and after trying for 45mins I got through to customer care, I was frantic and LIVID with the staff and was then told there was a problem at meru's end. I promptly received another message at 4:46am stating cab no dl1ry2871 chauffeur sikander cell 9958944956 will reach me at 5:02 am.

My flights scheduled departure time was 5:30am and I had to drive myself to the airport only to reach there at 5:20 in the morning and as a result missing my flight to port blair, it doesn't end there, my father and I were taking a vacation together and was also traveling with us on the same flight. Due to this failure my father is now in port blair "alone" and we are in "gurgaon". We had planned a week long vacation to andaman and nicobar together after 26 years, and now cannot get there because of meru cabs. The flight tomorrow is full and have to pay inr, 84,000 one way if we are to reach there tomorrow, this is over and above the inr 47,544 fare we've had to forfeit today already, not to mention the hotel and accommodation that have already been paid for in advance.

I have tried to call meru cabs since I missed my flight this morning and and I cannot get through to the 011-4422-4422 number, I have tried every number on your website (+91-22-40520100, +91 22 40520000, ramakant maurya-9820581797,shambhawi tomar - 9999024011) to no avail, and then finally I spoke with ms. Meenaz shamim 9920246647 in mumbai and told her about the series of failures. She assured me that some will get back to me and now "I am waiting to hear from you urgently".

i boarded meru from IGI T3 airport today.The electronic bill machine doesnt work, The tyres are damaged. Shock Absorbers are filthy.



Gave me a bumpy ride for Approx 40 KMS and paid Rs 850/-.This is the last Time I shall be using Meru. Dear Meru Cab time to dispose your Vehicles on the streets of Delhi!
