good evening,
this is ashish verma em.id-2127764 i am EX- employee in yours organization.
my joining date is 09/12/09 and my resignation date is 04/07/2010.
I am withdraw my pf so please inform my Pf a/c no. and process of PF withdraw. |

I was following up with MPHASIS from past 12 months. Still my PF application is not processed and no update on the status.
Whenever i call the HR helpdesk they are updating status that please call after a week.
They are not taking any actions in relation to the employee grievances. I dont what the HR department is doing in regard to this. Also i come to aware that they are holding lumpse amount of employees PF in their hand without despatching to the employee. Its a illegal offense as per the labour law. I think somebody should legally file the case against them to get all the PF to the respective employee.
Yday i called up for the status, still they didnt told any update of my application.
Kindly suggest how i can claim a legal case against them on this regards to get the money back ?????

SINCE THEY ARE NOT PROCESSING OR FOLLOWING UP WITH CORRECT UPDATES TO THE EMPLOYEESS. |

This is Santosh Pandu Gadkar worked with Mphasis from 05-may-11 to 30 Nov-11 bearing the employee id : 2184928. i left the mphasis last nov-30-2011.becouse i got admission BA jounalisim javaharalla neharu university Dehli.
Till now Mphasis did not done my last five month salary and final settlement and not issued my experience letter to me. I contacted them through mail. For the first two mails they responded like they are going to settle in next 15 days. There after they even stopped responding to my mail.
Please do the needful to get my experience letter and the salary of the last month I worked with Mphasis.
Kindly let me know if you need any more information from my side regarding this.

please check my PF status when excalty will be credited to My account & Revert Back ASAP....
