PF amount not received issues

Respected sir,
My name is J.Saragana barani and this is my sap
ID:2071134. i worked in
company Mphasis an HP company at pondicherry as customer support
officer and now i
resigned my job at 6th April 2010 past 2 years and 6 months (2007 to 2010).
But still there is no details about my PF amount not received issues. I have already send a
mail regarding this issues also but now also there is no
response.Please do some favorite about both issues I have
fill my PF form send through the " THE PROFESSIONAL couriers" and
this my couriers number:PON0433856 send at
11/10/10 to this address only:
