PF withdrawnal

I am have been Mphasis an EDS Co employee from Jan 2006 to Jul 2009. I have been calling their HR helpline for past 3 days and have been waiting for 1 hr on wait still havent been lucky to speak to any one from settlement and PF department. I tried to send email to [email protected] but still no luck.

I am ready to pay the settlement amount and wants to get my settlement letter and withdrawn my hard earned PF for my 3 1/2 yrs.

Please help.... I dnt know what to do.
