Non-settlement of my/our claim of Rs.1,38,000/-(with 4% interest) pending since 13/3/14 years

Self,now 73 years\\\' old ,along with my Late wife, Seethalakshmi Rajamani, had invested Rs.58,000/-and Rs.80,000/-in our names, as principal amounts in Anubhav Group\\\'s various schemes from 1995/96 till 1998/99, while staying in Orissa. Since 01-6-2005, I/we are in Orissa My wife, Seethalakshmi Rajamani, expired on 26-02-2009. .

Though we had submitted our claim before,as per the letter of advice dt. 22-09-2009, from Mr. Ravindran, after contacting Public Information Officer of Official Liquidator\\\'s office at Chennai, I had submitted our claims, as per the form,suggested by Mr. Ravindran, with original documents, for getting back our combined claim amount of Rs.1,38,000/-(with 4% interest), vide Speed Post dt. 30-9-2009, & have been followingup with his office,as well as the Official Liquidator\\\'s office at Chennai, regularly.

Though he claims to have settled most of the investors. non-settlement of our long pending case, is upsetting me, especially when I need the money urgently.

I request Mr. Ravindran (G-131, Basement Anna Nagar(E), Chennai-600102) to ensure that self get DD for Rs.1,38,000/-(with 4% interest),since 1998/99,at the earliest.
