Manufacturing Fault in Nokia C5-03
Dear Sir,
I have purchased brand new Nokia c5-03 mobile handset from ? The Mobile Shoppe ? Jawala Heri mkt. New Delhi on dated 26th June 2011. Invoice No. 068.and IMEI No. 357925042007051. after some months ago its touch screen has been stop working, I have given it to Nokia care service center . Manav Communications Nokia care centre,Paschim Vihar on 11-02-2012 They had back my instrument after 4days with updated software. after sometime the phone got problematic again with the same touch screen problem and I got it to Nokia Care again then they take my hand set for repair and back to me after 5 days with replacing of touch screen. under warranty period,then they advised me to extend your the warranty period of the handset with charges of rs. 499/- Which I paid through cash memo no. 1592 dated 02.11.2012 till 15-07-2013. After some time despite of replacing of new touch screen by nokia care centre my phone gettingback same problem again.now the touch sensor of my nokia c5-03 is not working properly. When again I went to nokia care with my display problem its left portion botton when touched, the area of bottom right portion gets invoked.and when I try to unlock the screen sometimes not responds.I need to change the battery and restart it. and when I visited nokia care they are saying that it is liquid damages then it told me that though the set is under warranty but some liquid has entered into the handset so warranty is void. they are saying that I have to pay the charges to repair.but I don't know how they are saying that it is due to moisture when the phone is facing same problem three times earlier thats disgusting. I think its manufacturing fault in the internal board of my instrument . I shall be highly grateful to you you help me to resolve my problem with your efforts . Thanks & regards,
