Fraud and cheating complaint with PNM services. I have been cheated for INR 125,000 by PNM services.

I had received a call from PNM services pvt ltd that they will provide loan at lowest rate in market i.e @ 3%per annum.

PNM services has taken cheque of INR 50,000 as first installment and another cheque for INR 75,000. Cheques were issued in the favor of PNM services PVT LTD. It was an account payee cheque.

I kept following up with PNM services but they all stopped answering my calls. This gave me doubt and I visited PNM services Moti Nagar office directly on August 7, 2014 at 4:30 pm.

Mr Nitin the Director of the company called back and threatened me. When asking for my money, i have no answer till date.

IT IS A FRAUD COMPANY of LOAN AND TRAVEL. PLEASE DONOT TRUST THEM,

Mujha bhi PNM Services sa kal aaya tha. Koi 20 bar in logo na call kiya mujhko saare doucument online maange laga.
inhone mujha 5 Lakh ka loan pass karwana ko kha to inhona mujha kha ki iska 10% (50,000)apko scuirty jaam karwani padgi.
ya b bola ki wo wapis ho jaygi. Sab sa phala Avinash Choudiry (9540805465) na kha sir apka kaam 3 din ma ho jayga.
mana 3-4 din kuch nahi kiya to unka dobara Phone aya sir pls ma apka kaam karoga. Mara ma visvash karo. mana insaint
k nath passa laga diya unhona mujha sa Reference Number maga jaha passa laga tha. 3 din baad Avinash bola mara sir sa bhat karo lo wo bhataga.
Mari bhat Parveen jain (01165991705) sa huyi. Banda na bola ki sir apka file charge laga 5000 rupess laga ga. Mana wo b da diya usna bola 72-92 ganta k ander passa aa jayga.
Time khatam 92 kya 100 sa uper ganta ho. banda k ph band . Mana kuch kar k bhat ki to uska ph pa kissi Rohit Arora (7530820425) na bhat ki. Wo bola sir tension mat lo.
Ma karoga apka kaam. Asa karta -2 1 Month ho gaya. fir unsa kha ki sir file ma Error hai isko hatna k liya 15000 reupess aur lagaa. Mana wo b da diya.
Rohit Arora na bola ki mujha apna Biwi aur Bacho ki Kasam ma apka kaam 7 din k ander karoga aap passa jaam karwa do.
Passa jaama huya uska 7 din baad uska koyi sath wala bola sir unki to wife aur bacha ki mar gya. mujha sun kar afoss huya ki ho sakta hai mana uska ghar k address maga to
wo b galat diya sath ma Mobile no b jhuta tha. fir kuch din baad mari bhat Meenakshi Shram (7532025158) sa huyi jo apna aap ko had bhatti thi . usna bola ki sir aap tension
mat lo ma apka kaam 3 ganta k ander karogi . Lakin apko jada time ho gaya hai isliya late fess lagti hai. mena manna kar diya ki mara pass passa nahi hai.
Usna bola ki sir 30,000 rupress ko si badi bhat hai. mana kha nahi hai mara pass. uska Phone 7532025158 is number sa boli ki sir 1 kaam karo aap 10,000 dal do baki 20,000
ma dal dati ho. apka passa 6 baj to aa jayga agar aap 2 baja tak passa lagta ho to. Mana office sa passa uddar la kar laga diya. fir kya 6 baja agal din abhi tak us ka 6 nahi baja.
Fir 3 din baad unhona mari file kissi k sath joined kar di kisi ladis k sath ki apka dona k kaam 1 sath hoga. fir mujha bola aap shadi shuda ho mana bola ki nahi to unshona bola
file alag karwana k 15,000 rupess laga mana wo b da diya. Ab jab passa dana ki bari ati hai to Phone pik nahi karta hai.

Agar apko kissi PNM Services sa ph aya ki apko hum Loan dilwa daga to bagwan k wasta mat karna kuch asa jassa mana kiya hai.

Agar aap mari kuch Help karna chata hai to Call kar sakta hai. (Passo wali help nahi) . jassa kuch Idea in sa ko sabk sikna ka jis sa mara passa wapis mil jay.

I am very much dis -agree with the fact . i got a call from pnm services regarding the selling of L.I.C policy i gave them cheque and received the policy documents and i aslo verified the documents from LIC the policy is authentic and generous. This is my experience . regards

Same problem me also facing now please help me for the same how i can back my money from them........ 30k.

I have paid Rs.30000/- vide ch.no.595256 cld on dt.30.10.2014 from my hdfc bank account twds 10% security money against loan Rs.300000/- but he was another demand Rs.20,000/- for loan amount release. I have visited his motinagar offcie but company vacant this premises.
