Dear Sir/Madam,

I have complained about my glass top stove and the registered complaint number is MUMB2464026. I have made multiple calls to customer care for the action taken on the complaint made by me but still the problem is not resolves. Every time I call, I get the same answer of " we have escalated your issue and our service center will call you immediately", but after that no one has been bothered to check neither any technician has come to attend the problem.

This is very dangerous for life of a person who is cooking on the stove. Its a big risk. In case if you are not able to provide us the service kindly refund the money to us we shall opt for some other good and reliable company's product.

Kindly look into this issue immediately and arrange a technician by today. We shall need to make a legal complaint against the company as this is heath hazardous of my family member

Prestige has very bad service quality.
