Customer care not entertaining the complaint of low speed and poor network
1. I have got reliance netconnect broadband prepaid connection. Since last three-four months my internet connection has been troubling me a lot due to poor internet connectivity and very slow speed. Most of the time when I connect the device for internet, it reflects messages i.e. network failure, no internet connection etc. Many times I tried to contact their customer care but they all are just passing their time and put my calls on hold for hours. Even after testing my patience, they just disconnect the line after some time or they promise to solve the problem within one or two days. This has been happening since last 3-4 months. I think they are of opinion that they are sitting in a close proximity and nobody can do any thing against them. They are not even disciplined to how to entertain their customers.
2. I have also been using reliance internet on mobile No. 8144506031. Since last one month, there is no connectivity and inspite of re-charge for unlimited surfing, I am unable to browse the net on my mobile. I tried to get it resolved through customer care but their response is again very poor and after putting my call on hold they disconnect the line. It has happened many times and still there is no connection availability on my handset.
3. Please intervene and take action against reliance network. |
