Improper Bus Service

I had booked the SETC Bus online from Bangalore to Chennai.

Trip Code 2215BANCHE , boarding from electronic City .
I have been waiting along with other 4 passengers of the same bus from 10.15 to 12 midnight.

The bus never turned up. Their customer support number 044 25364656 is always out of order.

Its totally irresponsible behavior of the bus conductors who don't even cover any information about the bus if it is cancelled or if the fare would be refunded.

SETC is charging more than KSRTC now and witch such very poor service.

The KSRTC is also a govt. transport service which 's is extremely good and systematic.
They even call up each passenger and inform in case of any issues.

SETC:
1. There online service has many issues. Server down many times.
2. The bus timings are erotic.
3. They don't stop at stops as the online ticket says.
4. The conductors are not well trained. They are not even able to read the passenger list and check the online tickets.
5. Not all the SETC buses are in good shape. They are untidy and not maintained.
6. No customer support for online booking issues. The numbers mentioned in the website are FAKE.
7. There is every good chance that you will be denied of the service and with no response from the SETC officials.
