Incorrect information and delay

Hello sir/madam,
This is Shiva. Consumer of Indane gas. Shree enterprises, gokul road, Hubli, Karnataka
My account is blocked and when I personally visited the agency and checked with reactivation. The lady in counter asked for SV voucher which is not required for reactivation whereas only KYC WITH AADHAR UID is required.
Plus I was sent back telling activation takes 7 days, where as it takes 10-15min.
Please look into such unwanted wait periods addee for customers.
