Refund of IPTV for connection

Dear Sir.

I, Sri Kailash Kumar Singh from Kolkata, would like to make a complain that your representative has collected payment of Rs.1950.00 of cheque no.182520 Dt.02.01.11 and Rs.500.00 of Cheque no.182521 dt.02.01.11 through HSBC bank, both cheques are in favour of K. H. Sales & Marketing for opting IPTV connection at home.
They have installed telephone at my house of Phone No.033-24886032 but they haven't installed IPTV in my house so far. Almost more than 4 months over. I am trying their contact numbers but it is saying switched off.
The representative Name is Mr. Subashish (8017512474-M) & Mr. Partho Banerjee (8017512459-M).
Now phone which they have installed is out of order whatsoever reason.
I will strongly not recommend to other consumers who intend to take IPTV connection.
It is just wasting time and money both.
Please take necessary action and return our valuable money immediately.
