DEAR ALL,
i WAS DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER DURING 1ST WEEK OF AUGUST 2010.
I HAD TAKEN INSURANCE ON 01.04.10.
DURING APRIL 2009 I WAS TAKING TREATMENT FOR SKIN IRRITATION.

STAR HEALTH HAS REJECTED MY CLAIM SAYING THAT MY DESEASE WAS PRE EXISTING FROM THE LAST 1 1/2 YEARS.THEY ARE TRYING TO CLUB MY SKIN DESEASE WITH THE PRESENT PROBLEM.
WILL ANYBODY KEEP A DRASTIC DESEASE IN ONES BODY KNOWINGLY FOR 1 1/2 YEARS SO THAT ONE CAN CLAIM INSURANCE?
I HAVE EVEN PRODUCED A CERTIFICATE FROM MY DOCTOR SAYING THAT MY DIAGNOSIS FOR CANCER WAS ONLY IN AUGUST 2010,A FEW DAYS AFTER WHICH AN OPERATION,CHEMO AND RADIATION WAS DONE.
I WONDER WHO CAN GUIDE ME TO TAKE THESE PEOPLE TO TASK?.
EVERY PROOF AND PAPERS ARE THERE WITH ME.
