Sub: Illegal running of Autoworkshop in House no.4 of Mahila Colony,Gandhi Nagar(Ward no.229) Delhi-110031

Respected Sir,

I have already filed twice complaint to you against the illegal running of autoworkshop in House no.4 of Mahila Colony,Gandhi Nagar(Ward no.229) Delhi-110031 dated 23.8.2011 having receipt no.14999 and 15.3.2011.But unfortunately no action has been taken till date.

I am again filling my complaint to highlight the problems faced by me and my family.

Mahila colony is Residential Colony and As per verdict of Honourable Supreme Court “Autoworkshop cannot be operated in Residential Area. But on the contrary in House no.4 of Mahila Colony,Gandhi Nagar(Ward no.229) Delhi-110031 Mr. Sunder Singh and his son Mr. Manpreet Singh are running an Autowork shop named “Tegh Motors” without obtaining the prior license from Corporation and permission from Fire department.I am resident of House no.3 which is behind House no.4 in which that autoworkshop is being operated has cross ventiliation in the vernada of my home.Daily reparing,denting and painting is being done in that workshop.Poisonous fumes are emitted on daily basis which polluted the air and put my family as well as other residents specially senior citizens in danger of being caught by various lethal diseases like cancer,cardiac arrest and Blood pressure disorder etc.My family including my wife is patient of High blood pressure and two small kids studying in school finds it difficult to study all thanks to noise pollution generated by that workshop.Such noisy and polluted environment is depriving them to their Basic Constitutional Right i.e Right to Education. I have asked him so many times to discontinue this workshop but he comes fight with me due to this I have filed FIR against him in Gandhi Nagar Police Station.

I hope you would take appropriate action against this illegal workshop and provide adequate relief to my family as well as to other residents specially senior citizens.
