Playing filthy songs with highest sound posible, by the driver. Conductor ill-treated the lady passenger with the infant baby

I have been commuting regularly between Thanjavur and Kumbakonam on daily basis, only in state owned TNSTC Kumbakonam Corporation Ltd., Bus services. Today I happened to travel in their bus no. TN68N0749 from Kumbakonam to Thanjavur Old Bus Stand. The bus got filled up to its seating capacity at Kumbakonam Bus Stand itself. The driver and conductor keep on boarding tickets enroute. By the time the bus crossed 4 km., a private bus departed after this bus from Kumbakonam Bus Stand, had overtaken it and the driver of Corporation bus and the driver of the Private bus (Meera) had waved to each other with a nod. The bus was crowded with almost 60 standing passengers with lot of ladies with infant children. The driver by the time it came out of the bus stand, had increased the volume of the song playing inside bus to the maximum. There were 3 children got agitated with the intolerable sound and suffocating crowd and started weeping and there was no stopping to that poor infants. This is because of the torturous song playing of the driver and conductor. When a lady was coming from the front of the bus with her child in her hip hanging the crowd, the conductor was scolding her "come fast you......with some un-parliamentary words.

The day (18.04.2017) being one of the hottest days beginning of this summer, all the passengers in the bus got irritated. Even one gentleman sitting beside me, asked the conductor, "why dont you reduce the sound, when it is crowded and it is very difficult to manage the crowd to board and alight...!" The conductor casually replied ..."it is better to close down the services of the bus....!" That means the playing of filthy songs in highest volume is more important than the service they are supposed to render to the traveling public. I have traveled around India. I have NOT seen such a down-trodden behavior of drivers and conductors as these uneducated, brutal, inhuman, illegitimate, rascals. Their behavior has already been complained innumerable times to their Divisional Manager Commercial and Assistant Engineer Commercial, Divisional Manager, Nagapattinam etc., ALL WENT IN VEIN. THEY DID NOT EVEN CARE TO REPLY THAT ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST THE ERRANT CREW. I HAVE TO DOUBT THE MANAGEMENT AND SUCH RASCAL CREW ARE ACTING HAND GLOWS !

WHO HAS TO BELL THESE RASCAL CATS?

IS THE JUDICIARY THE ONLY WAY OUT FOR CORRECTING ALL THESE?

DO THEIR HIGHER-UPS HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL THESE LAPSES...?

OR ARE THEY ALSO TO BE INCLUDED FOR THESE ATROCITIES....?...
