No action on complaints
I used tikona's broadband for one month in beginning where I used to live in gurgaon, but After installation i had to change my location. In between that 3-4 months passes away in between that tikona's customer care used to contact me about the payment due..but while installation their executive misguided about bill cycle. I was charged 500 Rs. as installation charges where as the executive told me that this is the rent for first week. I complained it but no solution has been given to me since Dec 2010. things apart i paid 1085 Rs. more for it as customer care guided me because i did had the need of internet connection...I escalated this issse to nodal officer to head in Mumabi... but all in vain..... this company is so cheap....plz beware before using their service...
