fake dreams

Sir,
i completed my B.tech in Geoscience Engineering from UPES,dehradun. Before taking admission they handed us a admission letter where it was written that after doing this course we can work in ONGC, Rajasthan Mining, Geological Survey of India,etc. But after completing the course we came to know that we all are not eligible any of this as goverment agencies dont accept our course and want msc or m.tech degree. So, complaining against it leading to a stike and resulted with a certificate that B.tech Geoscience course content is equivalent to MSc Applied Geology/Applied Geophysics. But the matter doesnot end here as still this equivalency is not accepted by any of the governent organisation even the students were not able to take Admission in M.tech of various universities.
Having slept for five years the administrative are trying to request some of the premier institute in india to take their student for M.tech.
But if someone want to go for Goverment job as geoscientist its not possible.
If we make any query they reply that different organisation have different policy. then what is the policy of UPES running a course which ruins the life of a student after spending 10lakhs of their family income,.
