I am test engineer from Infosys, Pune.

Even i want register a complaint against this stupid manager handling VAMA at pune, Laxmi road, 4th floor.I had a really bad experience at VAMA 5th floor and 4th floor Manager.

I went vama to buy a lehenga at 5 th floor i liked a lenhenga which was of 13800 aprox and they told its on discount of 25% so i will get it for 10344 rs. i was fine with and selected the piece.

I asked the executive abt extra chages applicable he told the blouse piece u need to stich but lehenga fitting will be done by us. So i cross verified them if the lehenga stiching is for free bcoz i mentioned the executive that if its chargable i will give to my tailor who would stich my blouse piece.
He told no its done here for free.

So here i made my payments to vama of 10344 rs got the reciept and how ever i told the executive dat i will once cross check with my tailor if i want this lehenge to be fitted at vama or not. So i took the whole set to my tailor he said give the lehenga if its free at vama for stiching. I was ok and gave my blouse piece to my tailor and went back to vama for giving the lehenga for stiching.

Now at this point the same executive told the lehenga stiching will cost me rs 500 bcoz its dicounted lehenga, I was shocked that i had already asked u twice about this u told its for free. so its not correct. I went to the manager told him every thing about this behaviour of his executive.

Now The manager without scolding his executive with a very heavy attitude told me, "U have to pay 500 rs if u want the lehenga. Else return the lehenga"

For sure my trust was broken now after this rude attitude i would not even pay him a single rupee. so i had to again go back and take the blouse piece back from my tailor and return to him to get my money.

I Had to take too amny rounds to my tailor bcoz of this stupid manager. how ever once u like a piece u get a emotional satisfaction.

So at this point i would say i was emotionally hurted, my trust was broken even after confirming abt things earlier. This stupid manager was really a foolish person who dont know abt customer handling.

I willl really propagate this incident to my infosys employees whoes strenght in India is around 1.5 to 2 lack, the figure will raise as they will ask der relatives and frnds for not to visit VAMA .
