not getting freeship from college

Hello Sir,
I\'m Chetan studying in last year of BE Computer in VIIT college, Pune.
I submitted all documents to get freeship from first year. But, still I have not received my first & second year OBC freeship.
When contacted in college, they every time gave me different reasons. Is there any website or way to get information whether OBC freeship for first & second year is sanctioned or not and whether respective amount is deposited to college account or not.
Plz, help me in this matter.
