Poor service/refund/incorrect deduction
I purchase vodafone USB data card to use vodafone mobile connect on my pc. I have spent:1800 for usb and new prepaid sim for 499 unlimited access plan with no.9811796422 on 4th August.. Dealer told me it would be up within 4 hours, when it was not started in that duration i tried to use my another no.9899005319 on which 3G plan was active for rs.108 to use 100MB. Although I have used that on my phone for some time but not too much. As USB dongle was not started working within the given time I decided to use my old sim with the new dongle temporarily. I tried youtube which played after buffering for 10-15 seconds and stopped, I tried this for atleast four to five times then i left with that Still I must have enough limit to surf, i tried facebook and orkut for around half an hour then net get disconnected, I tried use sim in my phone and I started getting around 100 of msgs saying my balance is low, when checked my balance it was -280 instead of positive 8. I tried call cmr care few times even on the paid line yet no resolution and every agent disconnected my line. I am still looking for resolution for my no:9899005319 and looking for waiver of rupees 288 and the new no. and dongle which I have puchased when started working, given me speed between 1 to 10 kbps instead of 256 kbps, and again disconnected due to no submission of documents yet documents already submitted on the same day. When it started working again after two day speed is still such worst with my new no. which i have not remembered at present and a tech was arranged for me
for this but no fix have been given till now. And most of the time speed goes down to bps instead of kbps which is of no use. When I am trying of getting refund for my dongle no positive response is there. And I am a customer of yours from more than 10 years but now I am planning to get my no.s portal to any other company else give me resolution.
The person who promises me for refund application initially asked me it would take 15 days to get refund and he even he have not filed the application yet and his name is Ravi and he is taking care of the product in our area and his no. is: 9811919712, When I tried track him for a countinous week now he said to me an application is filed for refund and it would take 45 days from now. I am not sure what is going to happen with this.

I am also planning to go to consumer court if no resolution would be given.

i have convert my no.9999932836 from prepaid to postpaid on 16 jan but there is no response till 6 march.....
