Non-discontinuation of Service

A mail addressed to [email protected] on 23/10/2012 for discontinuation of two numbers under SBI CUG-MUMBAI 9920214290 & 9920304103 with immediate effect, on account of Transfer out of Maharashtra, have not been discontinued and are being billed for which company has been sending reminders.

These numbers have not been used since long but still not discontinued, on account of no use for long, as per policy of the company.

Having requested the company for discontinuation of the services to referred numbers, why should company continue billing?
