no service provided as promised

My bike got punctured on 22-March-2010 in sec- 18 electronic city, gurgaon. As I am registered for services from waris auto services pvt. ltd and paid for that hance called to there 24 hr helpline number at 20:43 Hr and get a response that mechanic will reach in half hr. when no one reached in one hr then i again called and get the same response that mechanic will reach in next half hr. but no one reached then i again called and they promised that mechanic will reach in the morning. I called up in the morning of 23-march-2010 at 11:00 AM and again got the same response that mechanic will reach in half Hr. I again called at 12:39 Hr. again got the same answer. But no one reached till 13:00 Hr. I am still waiting. Please take the possible action, as services promised were not provided.
