Brand New AC not working

Hi,
I bought a Whirlpool Chrome 1Ton AC, it was delivered and installed yesterday, 2weeks delay from the committed date, it is not cooling at all, just the fan runs, that too at slow speed. I have tried out every mode keeping temperature at 18 and max fan speed. You seem to have delivered a defective product or done a bad installation.

It has been a bad experience right from the time of making the payment for the AC at eZone, T.Nagar, Chennai. I booked the Aviator Model and they promised delivery in a weeks time, I kept calling them every day after a week, and they kept saying it will be delivered the same day, this went on for over a week. As they were continuously making false commitments, out of frustration, I went to the showroom directly and asked them to refund. Then they said that there is no supply of Aviator model and only 5 star rated Chrome model is available and will be delivered next day and it would cost extra. So I paid the difference and asked them to deliver and install the next day. Now that it is installed, it is only a show piece in the bedroom. I seem to have made a wrong choice when so many other good options were available
