hey friend i totally disagree with you bcoz am staying in basera from 6 month i getting good deal in basera i was not charge brokerage usually people charge and whatever pic i saw on internet and i got same bed and nice cleaning every day maid coming and we get home made food dear n there is good customer service good security for females as you might know boys and outsider is not allowed in the apartment i think you may be jealous or there wrong intention about basera mumbai

My self I am Aditya working in Jp Morgan and staying in M/s. Basera Mumbai malad west from last 19 months. I like to stay over there and I am enjoying the services which is committed to me at a time of joining the same.
Today I am writing my testimonial with M/s. Basera Mumbai just because of I really feel bad where I am getting services and all as per commitment. All the staff behavior is very nice and helpful. Some people having same feedback same words against this firm but I feel all are false just because of m really enjoying facilities and I got perfect accommodation which is shown on website of M/s. Basera Mumbai all are true pics.
Ok will clarify some things which is blaim on M/s.basera mumbai
All the frnds like mohit suri, vishwanath, vidya, samaira…. Etc. u all are blame to M/s. Basera Mumbai with the same words that all are false

As per my knowledge M/s. Basera Mumbai having number of apartment in malad and goregaon . And I believe on my eyes so that this all pics are true which they post on their website.

The worst services and pathetic staff, who never interested to do their work,. The worst thing is that the basterd manager saijad never look after the problems of member staying in basera.

Good service good staff Mr. Saijad is sometime ignore calls I accepted . but most of the time he will reach shortly and resolve problem as soon as possible. Ya this statement is true staff and members behavior is rood they never tolerate if person is in guilty / break the rules. Take strict action against the person.

There are charging big rates for these accommodations and thus BASERA MUMBAI are a Worst solution to your accommodation requirements. Also Not Safe for Girls!! So Don’t ever think to stay in Basera ..

If friend your pocket donot allow your pocket so there is possibility to get that type of accommodation but as I know M/s. Basera Mumbai policy they are not dealing with that types accommodation. They are charging me rent Rs.6000/- and I happy with the same just because of good accommodation.

Security purpose accommodation is in very decent locality. Its depend on girls and they will give you explanation about their security

Ok so friends after all I find that this all blame are false about M/s. Basera Mumbai if you all having above experience and statement are true so please contact me I want to see the places of M/s.Basera Mumbai where you people are accommodated then I will believe on you.

i have lived with M/s. Basera Mumbai for a more then 1 year . i am sharing flat with other room mates. M/s. Basera Mumbai never charged any brokerage and commossion . and they take strict action if any pg break their rules. alcohol & outsiders and friends strictly not allowed even society premises also. i think this MOHIT SURI WAS A ALCOHOLIC AND MORAL LESS person, So Basera mumbai kicked him out of his accommodation for misbehaving in society or inside the apartment. that is why this MOHIT SURI has not given his registerd phone no and address . my self poonam tiwari i am working in Bank of America girls accommodation are very safe and secured and staying in pleasant park malad west

I totally agree with you.
I had a very bad experiences in Basera PG located at Evershine nagar, Malad(W). They just seized my all deposit money, didn't return any amount even after 1000 times calling the management staff Mr. feroz khan or Manish or Saijad or writing mails too.

I had given one month prior notice but still nothing happened and they started threatening me and my family when I asked to give my deposit back. Very bad experience. Also they forcefully took one month extra rent of Rs 7000 and I was in whole loss of Rs.13000.
I never had such bad experiences earlier whereever I had stayed. And they say that to contact to Mr. feroz khan or Saijad if didnt get deposit amount -----What rubbish.
