Pending refund of RS 12298.

sir,
i purchased a blackberry mobile from bag it today. (Order ID : 1003595832) but it was not working properly i replaced it three times but the product is not satisfying then i asked for refund and submitted the product for refund on 24th August. then i received a mail showing that 12298 is CR. to my account on 7 Sept. but i haven\'t received any amt in my account then they said mail us the account statement.
I sent the statement till 15\\7\\2011 - 15\\10\\2011 on 16th October and today is 16th day and i haven\'t received any replies yet from there.
And when i call there customer care they always said sir please wait till 24 hrs we will revert you. but i won\'t get reply. i called them so many times but always reply the same.
