Biscuits over baked..found black

britannia biscuits : Britannia Marie :the biscuits are over baked and almost burnt.black carbon lines can be clearly seen...this has resulted in bad taste.
Complaint registyered with the companys customer care department on 10/06/2011..yet no action have been taken.
Kindly help.

Dear sir, i have already complient this issue so far not solved.Aagin i explain ur product nutri choice not available at follow location (Tamilnadu--salem and trichy and namakkal).i like very much me and my family.i need to family pack.how to get it..i was search above location all are leading shop.Kindly give earlier solution . We have purched two pockets of britannia biscuits on 05-08-2011 at mannurpet aera padi Ch-600050. In the pocket the biscuits are said to the prepared during Aug 2011. The biscuits or not in good quality and it is in mud taste, sevral broken and the biscuits or not baked for proper timing. Hence our money is wasted. We have returned to the bunk shop for which we didn't get refund, Kindly rectify the same. Try to aviod in future.

Hello Sir,
I have till date liked all your products,me and my family always go for britannia products.don't think I will be buying your products anymore.we have mariegold everyday from years but recently what I bought from the nearby shop in sarjapur Bangalore is really really bad.The biscuits are all overbaked ,black in colour with irregular edges and its tasting like husk .Today i bought my fifth pack hoping it would be good but unfortunately its the same batch of biscuits that's the reason I'm writing here.
"Britannia" being such a BIG name I'm wondering what your quality check department is doing.Its a complete waste of money and we are being cheated.Please do look into this matter and do revert to my mail .
