charging more money

we are a spare parts company usually purchase from Chennai we booked a cargo Chennai to Triangulum
on 25th October 2012 LR no -112124 actual weight is 350 kg your people charge me for 390 kg and the price is Rs- 3602 /- the same item same quantity we booked in Kerala roadways pvt ltd on 3/7/2012 LR no-5921513 they charged Rs 1200/- only and it is delivered with in 2 days and your services is taken 6 days
the amount you charged is exceed our profit and it become loss also we give penalty for delay of our client
if we trust ABT how can we do further business so kindly consider our complaint we are sending a complaint by mail with all documents
