hmsi dealer in navsari collected rto passing fee 300 rs.in cash from customer but no fee receipt give to customer and give lots of heresment in vehicle rto passing .i just want to know that hmsi company 's any rules that rto passing is nesesary from dealer and collected 300 rs for rto passing. |

Dear Sir,
I have approached for service through M/s Planet agencies Pvt Ltd from Jan 2011 to Dec 2013 & got all the routine services done by them.
Also entered into an AMC with them, however after the 2nd time free servicing, I faced the problem of abnormal noise coming from the engine which was clearly explained to the service team and also to the service in charge, the response from them was it is normal sound.
With this abnormal noise I was forced to use the vehicle & the above mentioned response was given every time when the vehicle was given for servicing.
After one year that is on 09/05/2012 - 12819 kms. the vehicle was taken to the service center as the sound was very very abnormal & requested them to kindly check thoroughly. The same day I received a call from m/s Planet agencies indicating it is an engine problem & asked me to meet the Service in charge. He explained to me that few of the engine spares are defective & need to be repaired, I was shocked to hear his statement and questioned him of his responses during my earlier visits & also the vehicle is only 14 months old & how come the engine can go faulty for which he doesn’t have any answer, so with in the warranty period he charged for spares which was duly paid by me and actually it is a violation of law in taking the money during warranty period.
I thought I will be a proud owner of Honda active post procurement & it has given me more miseries rather than support & I’m sure you will appreciate my statement that without the vehicle it is very difficult to carry out my jobs & due to this, I was forced to pay the engine repair charges to the service in charge with the commitment by him that in future sound / Engine problem will not reoccur.
Next day vehicle kick started same sound observed there is no changes compare to earlier Engine sound problem, same day I met to the service team and checked with pillion raiding along with the service person, again he told normal sound. I was continuously following up with the service in charge & as usual there is no proper response.
As per Original equipment manufacture’s guidelines I have followed the service schedules which were carried out in time.
On 24th Dec 2013 the service was due & the vehicle was given to M/s Planet agencies Taken job card entered the AMC and other details same day. The service coordinator asked for any issues in the vehicle & I informed him of facing the same abnormal noise. In the afternoon I received a call from the service center indicating engine removal is required as there is a problem in the engine & there is no alternative solutions, I accepted assuming there may be problem with the engine cover & asked
them to go ahead, I meanwhile called up two times to the service
center team & they kept on telling me till not started the work. From
8.45 am to 4.30 pm not started, immediately went there and asked to service in charge why there is a delay in work, he told now we will start to disassemble the engine, same time two hours waiting in service station finally he informed that some spares are required for the engine which needs to be replaced.
I was totally shocked & that too with only 27741 kms. of driving & in just under 3 years running, how can the engine conk off as the engine rectification work was carried out by the service engineers in May -12 & the same problem re occurring that too the service incharge committing that this will not reoccur again. Again questioned them but they just have no answer, & it is questionable whether they are serious in serving the customer or they doesn’t have any responsibility. They want me to pay Rs. 9000/- for defective engine spares replacement like engine kit, camshaft & other accessories.
When I requested the service head was very rude as if he is not @ all responsible for this issue & with so much of sufferings & in order to get my vehicle back I have paid Rs. 8918 for no fault of mine.
It is disgusting & if you put yourself in my shoes you will be knowing the pain & the service center is fleecing the customer under Honda’s name where Honda’s reputation will be very much affected.
Have a doubt whether they are competent service personnel & they have enough experience.
Request your kind intervention here to address my issues & relieve me from the above mentioned mess.
