not received gift (camera)

Dear Sir,
I had bought the above mentioned notebook on 16/11/2012 from MICRO COMPUTER, Ranchi. Invoice number is MCR/NOV/12-13/RI/658. I was supposed to receive a gift ( NIKON CAMERA 16 MP) with the notebook. I was asked to submit a demand draft worth Rs. 2499 in favour of SOLUTIONS INTEGRATED MARKETING SERVICE PVT LTD payable at Delhi and send the details and photocopy of barcode on the product to be able to receive the gift. I had sent the draft and other details on 21/11/2012. The DD number is 000233438688 dated 20/11/2012 issued by SBI RMCC branch , Ranchi. The REDEMPTION REFERENCE CODE is 5428470.I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE GIFT AS ON 8/01/2013. On enquiry about the delay in delivery I was told that the consignment was despatched on 8/12/2012 by BLUEDART COURIER SERVICES ( Waybill number 47538133016). On further enquiry they have informed me that the consignment has been misplaced and that I should contact the HP redemption cell. Kindly resolve the issue.
