in2net disgusting service

I am Tarun Kanti Bose and have in2net broadband services with a speed of 100 Mbps. Its the most disgusting service. Daily I have to call the local service provider, Chirag Raja, most of the times he doesn't pick up the phone. After 7 pm it's quite difficult to talk to him as his phone is switched off. Sometimes he comes and promises to restore the connectivity.Earlier I had Sify Broadband but the problem was the same. From the day one after having in2net there is connectivity problems, ranging from no connection, intermittent disconnects, pathetic speeds. I have been calling the Delhi office to talk to Mr. Shirish. Either I get the response that he is no in the office or he is field. I don't know why the Delhi head is inaccessible?
